Qualifications:
- Deemed court qualified in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
- Masters of Arts Degree in Critical and Creative Thinking, University of Massachusetts, Boston, MA – 1993.
- Published Master's Thesis: "Exploring Graphokinesics Critically and Creatively" – 1996.
- Published instructional text on issues pertaining to the mechanics of handwriting; A Humanistic Approach to Penmanship – 2000.
- Three credit graduate course entitled, “Handwriting Enrichment and Implementation” taught at an off campus site with the approval of Framingham State College, MA. - 1994 to present.
- Training and application on the mechanics of handwriting with regards to stroke individuality, slant, size, form, movement, rhythm, placement and spacing - 1984 to present.
- Previous Life Member of World Association of Document Examiners. (WADE - went into receivership 2003)
- Proficiency Recognition Certificate – Six Year Resident Training Program, World Association of Document Examiners, Chicago, IL.
- Published articles in the WADE Exchange and
the WADE Journals.
- Research initiated on comparing and contrasting specific manuscript and cursive handwriting style characteristics.
Fees:
Examination of documents
are direct client or through an attorney.
Charges are $85.00 per hour with
a $500.00 retainer to be paid in
advance with a signed contract for
services. Court fees are $350.00
for half day and $650.00 for full
day court/hearing appearances. Payment
for court or court related appearances
are non refundable and may be requested
to be paid one week in advance of
appearance date. There is a $100.00
charge for any reserved date that
has been cancelled or postponed.
Additional expenses can vary and
include such things as meals, lodging
and travel time.
Since circumstances vary considerably with each
case, details will have to be discussed on an individual case
basis. Sufficient lab equipment for most
document cases is available on site.
